To strengthen our Global Talent Team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Learning & Development Manager - Dermatology.

Candidates local to the Atlanta area are preferred but remote candidates will be considered.

As a Learning & Development Manager - Dermatology you will report to the Learning and Development Immunology Learning Partner within the team of the Learning & Development US. The Learning and Development Manager is a key 'customer' facing position.

* Ability to act as an outstanding course facilitator. With curriculum and content provided to/built by him/her turns these into learning experiences that motivate, build competencies, and improve individual's performance and contribution to UCB strategy and results
* Willingness to independently provide content creation and pull-through. When required, utilize individual skills to develop content or serve as orchestrator with external partners to develop content that aligns with stakeholder strategy in the execution of continuous skill development and facilitation of material.
* Actively participate in stakeholder engagement. In partnership with the Learning Partner, stakeholder engagement will be critical in identifying capability gaps, aligning on needs/strategy, and creating an agreed upon learning journey up to and including implementation
* Willingness to work on the continuous improvement of facilitation expertise. Taking into account business and technological evolutions and by gathering and monitoring feedback, the learning experiences and outcomes (knowledge exchange and understanding, behavioral change), work on continuous improvement of facilitation, sharing knowledge of best practice to improve expertise across the organization

You will contribute by:


* Actively acting as UCB's front-line ambassador for the learning organization as an outstanding facilitator.
* Continuously provide content creation and pull-through by identifying and negotiating with external partners
* Effectively engage with company's stakeholders
* Consistently work on the continuous improvement of facilitation across UCB


Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business or experience equivalent
* 3-5+ years experience in a facilitation role or pharmaceutical/Biotech industry (Immunology/Dermatology preferred)
* Proven experience working directly with and supporting internal business partners in Dermatology
* Experience implementing and coordinating multiple learning projects under global direction and/or in pharma environment is a plus
