Working under general supervision, the learning experience program facilitator will support the Enterprise organization of approximately 250 people in delivering learning experiences. This role will work closely and collaboratively with instructional designers, subject matter experts, colleagues, and key stakeholders to define the learning project scope, strategy, and outcomes. The facilitator will provide high quality training delivery on behalf of the Enterprise Learning Services organization. This hybrid role is responsible for presenting and facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences via instructor- led classroom and virtual instructor led training. Employees in this position may interact with their leader several times a week to receive guidance and feedback. Most non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
