Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

Inside Sales Account Representative

  • Provide high quality client management support for routine support needs
  • Review daily?pipeline and CRM for sales progression
  • Identify winning techniques and best practices to ensure customer retention
  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts?
  • Identify best practices for presenting value-centered support services proposals
  • Demonstrate success in acquiring net new customers using all steps in a full cycle sales cycle (prospecting, pipeline development, negotiating the deal, and closing the deal)
  • Able to work with the Microsoft Account Team Unit to help retain support services for Microsoft customers and drive customer cloud consumption
  • Proactively communicate challenges and potential solutions to remove customer objections and accelerate deal velocity
  • Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and be able to use LinkedIn to identify potential targets as well as decision makers
  • Develop significant sales pipeline comprised of new and existing customer sales opportunities
  • Participates in the development of materials needed for campaign/ program
  • May create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications
  • Able to communicate, read, and create winning PowerPoint proposals.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales team members and Leadership on deal status
  • Able to communicate and discuss support solutions aligned to the customer's business objectives

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years full-cycle sales experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience selling Microsoft Azure, BizApps or Microsoft Modern Workplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Bachelor's degree

This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $58,600 - $114,900

New York - Albany $54,300 - $106,400

New York City $67,900 - $133,000

Washington $62,400 - $122,400
