The Jobat aGlance

The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for testing and verifying all returned materials. You will work with the service manager to contest text on received products and provided data within our system. You will ensure all QA procures are met and take inventory of our products.

A Typical Day

• Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) products.
• Test & verify returned materials
• Sort and inventory product and accessories as required
• Conduct tests and verificationsof received products
• Help prepare, pack and ship outgoing replacement RMA product to customers and partners
• Provide complete, accurate and timely data collection utilizing the company tracking software.
• Assist Senior Technicians with repair of audio products
• Ensure all Quality Assurance procedures are implemented and closely followed
• Conduct cycle counts as directed and accurately record the results

To Land This Opportunity

• You are a fanatic for detail and are incredible accurate
• You have the ability to follow procedures to perform test procedures with minimum supervision
• You've excelled in a hightechnology manufacturing and/or test environment
• You enjoy assembling
• You have the ability to lift up to 50lb
• Able to sit or move around for prolonged periods
• You have great communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written)
