Senior technical manager responsible for overseeing the design, testing and updates of more complex algorithms created for new functionality or products and leading junior scientists with respect to activities related to algorithm design and development as required. Manage the documentation of processes and process improvements. Oversees the design of new optimization algorithms, updates to existing algorithms for new customer requirements, and implementation of changes. Oversees testing of algorithms to ensure they fulfill Product Management and/or customer requirements. Oversees design and algorithmic research and development activities of more junior scientists to ensure updates are validated and tested against company requirements and policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in operations research, computer science, industrial engineering or a related technical field
3 years of designing algorithms and mathematical models
3 years of solving and analyzing mathematical models using a commercial optimization solver
