Responsibilities:

Leadership:

o Build and lead a high-performing analytics team with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI),data insights,data science,and AI.

o Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture across the organization.

o Attract,develop,and retain top talent within the analytics function.

o Bring the thought leadership in analytics, AI and create offerings that we can go and sell to our clients.

Strategy:

o Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and priorities.

o Identify and prioritize key data initiatives and projects.

o Translate business needs into actionable data insights and recommendations.

Execution:

o Oversee the development and implementation of BI dashboards and reporting tools.

o Drive the adoption of data science and AI techniques to solve business problems and improve decision-making.

o Ensure the quality,security,and governance of data across the organization.

Communication:

o Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

o Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives.

o Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

* 15+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing analytics teams.

* Proven track record of success in building and deploying data-driven solutions that deliver business value.

* Deep understanding of BI,data insights,data science,and AI methodologies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
