Nurse Practitioner - Inpatient Psych - PMHNP - Weekends

Established in 1973, Peachford Hospital specializes in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for children, teens, adults and seniors. Our 246- bed hospital is located in the Dunwoody Neighborhood of North Atlanta and is located on a secluded, 38-acre campus. Our continuum of services includes a 24/7 free, confidential psychiatric assessment by master's prepared behavioral health professionals.

In this highly visible provider role, you will be responsible for daily clinical care of patients as well as administrative activities related to that patient care.

Position Highlights include:

• Competitive hourly rate

• No overnight call, Saturday and Sunday rounding only
• Daily follow-up's 20-25 daily caseload

• Weekend PRN flexibility

• Graduation from accredited Master's level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in Psychiatry.
• Must have Georgia license or the ability to obtain.
• Board Certification for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner required.
• Must have at minimum 2 years' experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and must be comfortable seeing child-adult populations.
• Must have an Active GA license or the ability to obtain a GA license.
