Job Description
Under the direction of the production supervisor, assists in coordinating/directing/monitoring the production in the area assigned. - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be capable of performing each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Two years of manufacturing experience desired.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manual, and to comprehend basic instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and other personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
- Communication Skills - Clearly articulates ideas and information.
- Team Player - Contributes effectively to team performance; does own fair share and willingly supports others.
