Your opportunity
We are looking for someone curious and motivated to join our Inside Sales Team. You will grow the pipeline for New Relic sales by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process. This is a meaningful position focused on net new logos, providing an excellent opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales.

You'll be successful as an Inside Sales Representative because you thrive in a diverse team environment and are excited to develop your sales career in a Saas-based high tech company that has an ever growing demand for its solutions. You will be joining a team that supports career development and provides you with the tools, resources, and leadership to be successful.

What you'll do
  • Actively engage new leads by phone, email, and various professional social channels to attract new customers to New Relic
  • Learn to have a business level Discovery call that leads to landing that new deal
  • Become proficient around New Relic's offerings and be able to speak to the value we provide as a SaaS service
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of meetings and net new logo sales
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies, and competitors

This role requires
  • Experience as an SDR/AE or some technical training (e.g. coding, programming, ect.)
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience within the Observability or Saas space
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce

Estimated On-Target Earnings Range: $ 90000 - $ 113500
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document). Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
