Job Description

CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Staff SW Test Engineer (multiple openings) in Atlanta, GA to

  • Design and implement test solutions across all testing phases.
  • Establish and follow quality gates and deliver high quality products driving business value working in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate with business partners on requirements elaboration, workflow design, configuration, and business re-engineering to facilitate payment processing platform customizations.
  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of developmental tools and technologies.
  • Evaluate options and provide recommendations on scope and scale of effort required to implement final requirements.
  • Collaborate with product vendors and systems integrators on delivery of solutions.
  • Work with delivery partners to review and finalize technical specifications, code review, version management, and implementation related activities.
  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of Java Spring boot-based solutions and meet service levels.
  • Collaborate across global businesses and technology organizations, providing sound business analysis, process, and change leadership.
  • Test and deliver page layouts, screens, and views, workflows and reports around the customer needs for an interface.
  • Troubleshoot API related tasks in Kubernetes and UI portals that are built to server rich user experience using React.
  • Guide projects along through daily communications with the customer or project manager.
  • Position reports to the Atlanta, GA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Staff SW Test Engineer-related occupation.
  • API and UI functional, automation, performance and security testing
  • RestAssured, SOAP UI, Mocha, Cai, Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG and/or Postman
  • Debugging and troubleshooting in Linux, Unix, Tomcat, VertX, WebSphere, Docker and/or Kubernetes environments.
  • Testing BigData applications using QuerySurge and/or TITAN Graph DB
  • Testing in an AGILE environment
  • Continuous Integration, Code/Test coverage and working in different testing methodologies
  • RDMBS (Oracle and/or MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB and/or ElasticSearch) based databases
  • Test planning, test scenarios creation, test data creation and executing test cases as well as preparing test data based on the business scenarios and creating tools and scripts to manufacture test data
  • Web applications, web services, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, unit-testing, and/or shell-scripting.
  • CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins
Additional Information

Worksite: Atlanta, GA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements:Position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $117,166.00 USD to $161,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
