Job Description

The SR Director, Thought Leadership & Membership Experience leads the overall strategy for marketing and membership growth for Veterinary Management Groups (VMG) and oversees the entire lifecycle of the VMG member. As such, you will be responsible for the single greatest driver of financial performance at VMG and will report directly to the VMG President. You will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the overall member experience for VMG. The successful candidate will shape the member experience strategy and contribute to the organization's growth. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that member, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention are maximized through a vision and roadmap for the future that leads to consistent and successful member experience across all VMG services and platforms.

You will lead a diversified team of marketing professionals and member service specialists that are responsible for the whole life-cycle of the VMG member experience. Your team will drive VMG brand awareness within the veterinary community and support the growing influence of VMG throughout the veterinary profession. You will also manage and coordinate the strategy that identifies prospective members, recruits them into membership, places new members into Veterinary Management Groups (VMGs) and manages early experiences during onboarding phases of membership. You will manage a team of member service specialists that interfaces with the VMG membership and often serves as the initial point of contact for member requests and needs. As such, your team serves as the foundation of creating a successful relationship between the members and the entire VMG staff team. You will also lead and coordinate the operations of key initiatives and programs include our proprietary financial benchmarking program, VMG DATALINK. Responsibilities also include communications to internal and external parties, management of the VMG CRM program (administrator and liaison) and interface with accounting to manage receivables associated with membership dues.

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows.

$155,100.00 - $288,000.00
