Summary:

Goldbelt C6, LLC is seeking Program Analyst III.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Serve as an analyst and, independently or as part of a team, plan, manage, or evaluate branch programs, projects or activities.
  • Support the establishment of program standards, policies, strategies, goalsand evaluation plans in conjunction with senior staffbyreviewing literature, advising on procedures and/or strategies, presenting information at meetings/work groups, creating materials to provide information to various audiences.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from a variety ofsources and prepares recommendations accordingly.
  • Conduct short- or long-term planning, program development, policy and program analysis, and program evaluations.
  • Review project contracts and develop special reports related to contract expenditures, invoice payments, and other contract activities.
  • Operationalize improved program management and coordination activities and strategies for CEMB-associated programs.
  • Work with laboratorians and epidemiologists to develop program guidance and training materials aimed at improving threat detection and response.
  • Work across all teams in CEMB, other branches within DHQP, state and local public health partners, and other collaborators both internal and external to CDC to develop and communicate content related to antibiotic resistance in healthcare-associated infections.
  • Work with subject matter experts to document program activities and summarize best practices and success stories about domestic and global antibiotic resistance programs and projects.
  • Help draft guidance documents, performance management plans, evaluation summaries, training materials, and communication materials.
  • Provide regular reports to CEMB branch and team leads on CDC and partner activities, priorities, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including public speaking and preparation of written materials such as documents and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience and/or degree in a public health field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of related experience.
  • Experience working with executives or senior staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with state or local public health departments or systems.

  • Demonstrable experience in partnering, negotiation, and coordination of complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management, lean six sigma, human centered design, or project management professional certification.

  • Experience program evaluation and making recommendations for improvement based on findings.

  • At least one year of experience working with a public health entity and/or an entity that manages complex projects funded by grants/contracts.

The salary range for this position is $107,000-$110,000 per year.
