We're looking for a Distribution Center Logistics Manager to join our Distribution Center in Peachtree City, Georgia.

As a Logistics Manager you'll be responsible for leading your team in meeting Safety, Service, Cost and Quality targets based on customer/ market requirements adding value back to Shareholders.

What you'll do
  • Manage and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the optimum, cost-efficient, daily operation of the center.

  • You will recommend measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.

  • Ensure optimum service to all Signify customers by actively planning the process by which shipments and deliveries of products directly to the customer (direct shipment) are to occur.

  • Builds and fosters a positive work environment by dealing fairly and equally with all associates.

  • This position fosters Signify quality commitment to meeting customer requirements and improving job performance by applying the core concepts and tools of Quality Improvement System includingLean principles/techniques.

Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of distribution/warehouse experience, or equivalent

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to direct the operation of the warehouse in a cost-effective manner, without causing disruption to general operations and respond successfully to a wide variety of warehouse problems.

  • WMS experience - Blue Yonder preferred

  • Lean/Six Sigma experience

  • Knowledge of ERP required, SAP preferred

What you'll get in return...

Salary:$91,100 - $133,000 Base

Bonus:Target 10% Annual Incentive bonus
