The Associate Director of Global CapEx Management leads the execution of the global capex program and owns global coordination regarding budget preparation, reporting, forecasting, and oversees the development and implementation of the global capital project approval stage gate process. Additionally, reporting to this position is all global capex project and program management either directly, or indirectly through other parts of the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Over 15 years experience leading large engineering enviroments, including Engineering Managers
• Implementation of significant organizational changes
• Aligning and prioritizing organisions to deliver Strategic business plans
• Operational management experince within the Chemical/Oil & Gas Industry
• Broad understanding of all technical engineering aspects associated within the Chemical Industry
• Good working knowledge of engineering design, operation and maintenance

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
