Job Description

Manage rate of participant non-compliance;

Liaison between Managers and Staff for compliance;

Schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly;

Participate in monthly unit meetings;

Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers;

Ensure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract;

Review comprehensive service plans;

Ensure that case managers are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self-sufficiency;

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in related field
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience, as well as 2 years of supervisory experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong management and organizational skills
* Familiarity with communities being served with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
* Demonstrated computer skills, with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software programs
* Demonstrated performance in placing program participants into employment
* Ability to meet and/or exceed set goals and objectives
* A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
