Job Description:

Hiring for an OEM territory rep covering IBM in the Americas (FSE-P). This position is responsible for driving business with IBM sales, technical teams, and their channel partners in the field. It also drives interlock between IBM and our Field Sales teams and executes on numerous initiatives put together by our Corporate Account Director (CAD) and Global Sales Exec (GSE).

Responsibilities include:

  • Regional Exec Relationships at IBM
  • IBM Engagement in the Field: Mapping, Training, and Messaging
  • Brocade Program/Campaign Execution: IB refresh, Attach, Cisco TO
  • Drive Brocade Preference and Attach at IBM and in the Reseller Channel
  • Large Deal Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning
  • Carry Smaller IBM-led Deals for Entry/Volume Product Segments
  • Coordination and Execution of Regional Events with IBM

Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with IT sales organizations and the reseller channel required
  • Sales and marketing experience with Fibre Channel networks and Block Storage strongly preferred
  • A background working with IBM strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation skills using Powerpoint and Google Slides required
  • Ability to work independently developing indirect selling relationships and driving mindshare required
  • Domestic travel required, 10-20%
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and a minimumof 8+ years job relatedexperience.

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $142,800 - $238,000.

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
