We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic technology team in our Dallas office. This individual will be reporting directly to the Head of Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization and enhancement of our financial systems including but not limited to MRI, the Firm's Enterprise Resource Planning system, Avid, Kyriba and Concur.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for financial system enhancements and configurations.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and maximize system utilization.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operation of systems, modules, and related integrations.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of system functionality.
• Stay informed about software updates, new features, and best practices, and make recommendations for system optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Accounting, Asset Management, Property Management and Investments to support integrated business processes.
• Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with MRI highly preferred. Strong real estate accounting background.
• Strong understanding of MRI modules such as financials (G/L, A/P, A/R etc.), property management, investment management and lease flow.
• Has completed multiple MRI implementations and upgrades.
• Deep knowledge of MRI table structures and SQL skills.
• Experience with other applications such as Kyriba, Concur, Avid Exchange, Argus, Salesforce etc., preferred but not required.
