Engauge Digital is currently looking for 2 contract copywriters/ content editors to join the team for a full time in house assignment. Freelance work from home is not acceptable. Core competencies: •Locate and leverage resources for research on a wide variety of technical and aesthetic topics. •Assimilate information and develop it into a logical, compartmentalized sequential flow of information. •Translate technical content into an accessible, user-friendly narrative. •Develop copy in the appropriate tone for objective articles such as buying guides, technical step-by-step articles such as project guides, and conceptual articles such as inspirational product overviews. •Be self-motivated and able to develop and revise content quickly. •Present copy in a format suitable for comping and online presentation. •Write in a friendly, supporting and encouraging tone. An interest in longer research/ instructional based type copy is required.  Experience writing in the home improvement industry perferred.
