Under little supervision and following strict security guidelines, orchestrate the fulfillment of pin pad injection orders in a timely manner following specific detailed procedures. Position will also ensure strict key management guidelines are followed, inventory is secured and accounted for, all documentation is up to date and accurate, all injection systems are secured and functional, and will also interact with internal departments, vendors, and customers for order issues and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the loading of encryption keys and creation of key files.
Work with vendors and customers on new product implementaion.
Document pin pad injection procedures and train staff on new processes.
Monitor inventory levels and report to account managers/ customers.
Work with Technical Support Services and vendors to troubleshoot encryption errors.
Prioritize and delegate work flow to team members.
Maintain department logs and files.
Process paperwork to accompany all inbound merchandise.
Report Monthly numbers to management.
Adjust team member schedules to ensure coverage.
Using established procedures and working with little supervision, performs routine and assigned tasks. Must be confident and driven to make good decisions and meet deadlines. Can make decisions based on established processes and capabilities.
Position directly impacts the flow of customer orders. Failure to process all orders in a timely fashion would cause TASQ to miss customer SLA's. This would cost TASQ to upgrade shipping and tarnish our reputation if carriers were missed. Also, position has access to sensitive and secret data and could cause company financial loss if integrity of data is compromised.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in equipment/ supply inventory position preferred.
Good communication skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated computer skills, ability to prioritize, good customer service skills, ability to work with little or no supervision, some POS equipment experience preferred.
Deployment - Position will work with Deployment supervisors and manager to resolve order / equipment issues.
Inside Sales - Position will communicate order / key status to this group. Will also help resolve order issues.
Tech Center - Position will commnicate hardware issues and handle various order types from this group.
Alliance Support - Position will work with this group to resolve order issues.
Processors / Customers- Position will contact processors or customers to confirm key transfer and also resolve order issues.
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standarized situations.
