Due to continued growth, our Corporate Group is seeking aClient Services Manager for Transmission & Distribution Engineering to join our Business Development Teamfor our Kennesaw, GAlocation. Other office locations will be considered as well such as our Naperville, IL, Dallas, Tx, Houston, Tx, Orlando, Tampa and Palm Beach Gardens, FL locations. For the right candidate, remote work can be considered as well. In this role.

Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)

• Function as one of the main Point of contact for assigned clients
• Identify new business and marketing opportunities
• Work with technical management and staff to develop key technical proposals
• Develop / Update annual sales forecast and responsibilities to meet annual sales goals
• Develop relationships with key client technical staff and managers
• Knowledgeable of industry issues and how they affect assigned clients
• Solicit and initiate feedback from assigned clients on project performance
• Develop client-specific business development and marketing plan
• Support management with organization marketing and conference events
• Ability to interact in a matrix environment of project management and engineering groups

Required Qualifications / skills

• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering Degree Preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or power utility industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of business development success in the Electric Utility sector.
• PE a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to adjust messaging to all levels of stakeholders and establish strong client/employee relationships
• Proven track record of developing, retaining, and maintaining clients.
• Proven relationships with clients in the power industry and EPC, project developers.
• Ability to communicate highly technical engineering data to a range of audiences from industry partners, governing bodies, and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and making presentations to potential clients, especially in conference settings.
• Experience in responding to requests for qualifications and proposals from clients and in preparing proposals and proposal coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have strong communications skills both written and oral.
• Ability to travel on business 20-40% of the time.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies.
