The Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for building and supporting standard and complex reporting tools, as well as executing against ongoing and ad hoc analysis needs. Using data, this role will also present compelling analytical stories to partners within Deluxe' s eCommerce and marketing teams.

• Support the analytic needs of the business unit by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools such as Adobe Analytics and then using standard BI tools to produce reports relating to outcomes. Build and support standard and more complex ad-hoc web traffic reports and dashboards across multiple collection points and systems utilizing web reporting tools. Frequently will make decisions based on data that may have a positive impact on revenue.
• Communicate compelling, data-driven stories to senior leadership, enabling them to make sound decisions that positively impact revenue and engagement.
• Utilize web analytics tools with a degree of skill and understanding as it relates to web metrics, site analysis, online business, user behavioral analysis and marketing promotions productivity.
• Manipulate complex data using multiple tactics, ensuring data integrity in all aspects of tracking and reporting.
• Support promotional campaigns utilizing Adobe Recommendations tool to effectively manage algorithms creating effective campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in Marketing or Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

Experience: 4 years in web analytics
