The Sales Enablement Learning Specialist for product will design, develop and deliver product training solutions across all sales channels in a virtual environment and in digital learning formats.This role will also develop and drive critical change management processes that support the CRO's strategy and vision for the sales organization.

• Develop and deliver product training for new and existing sales professionals using digital learning formats, such as eLearning, digital assessments, videos, microlearning and digital resources. Support product launches and product enhancements by partnering with product and other business subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content that enables the sales teams to understand and sell our solutions.

• Execute on, measure and sustain a formal, digital training certification program to ensure competency and consistency is achieved.

• Manage sales training technology, creating learning paths and content within various technology platforms, act as the administrator of the learning systems as needed.

• Deliver on the strategy set in place for priorities, including but not limited to curriculum development (virtual and instructor-led), tactical planning, and coordinating logistical efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication

Experience: 5 years in Sales Enablement, Training or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Masters Degree in Communications, Business, Training and Development or Education

Experience: 2 years in Adult Learning
