Position Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve user support requests.
- Log time and problem resolutions into ticket system.
- Maintain inventory, perform audits and manage equipment check-in process.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Deploy new hardware and software and perform maintenance on existing equipment.
- Participate in planning and implementing large scale projects.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent reqired. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows technology, Group Policy, Microsoft Active Directory, administration, user accounts and internet e-mail preferred.
- Understanding of basic networking, remote communications, working with software, hardware and other infrastructure systems.
- Ability to occasionally work after hours or weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
