Sr. Associate, Product Management, eCommerce Small Business Card

Candidates should have an interest in working with designers, analysts, marketers, researchers, and engineers to translate human insights, business goals and strategy, capabilities, and internal and external feedback into the leading business website.You will develop end-to-end solutions to help us better serve the small business community.

General areas of responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the product vision for experiences and capabilities that deliver world class shopping experience and breakthrough business value

  • Partner with design and business analysts to identify what to build to deliver on our vision and strategy

  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver and manage business critical web properties and capabilities while making continuous and step change improvements to the shopper experience

  • Connect with partners and stakeholders to incorporate their needs and thoughts into the broader strategy and roadmap

  • Drive and conduct A/B tests across Small Business Card Site Marketing pages, leveraging machine learning and data to develop winning tests

  • Support continuous improvement across our SB Card Marketing ecosystem, modernizing software, improving the resiliency and performance of our technology

  • Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with senior business intent and downstream stakeholders across the enterprise who manage the product/credit strategy, downstream processes, technology, controls, and customer-facing experiences that depend on the capabilities and performance of the Core platform.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Master's Degree

- 3+ years of experience translating business strategy into digital products

- 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
