Position Summary

Your skills will contribute towards building a unique gaming experiences that are engaging, exciting and will captivate the imagination of our players. You will need to communicate effectively and constructively,all aspects of a game's production including team management, project tracking, budget and schedule monitoring, and product delivery.

Job Functions

  • Leading a cross-discipline team of developers and graphic designers.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding the quality of work in accordance with the pre-defined project schedule
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining game design and game design documentation.
  • Managing and continuing to improve the production process.
  • Owning the process of creating and maintaining tickets in JIRA to ensure no part of a feature or bug falls through the cracks. Following up with the team to make sure their tickets are up to date.
  • Being the champion of communication with the team regarding design changes, take notes, and follow up on any issues that are left unresolved.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding the quality of work in accordance with the pre-defined project schedule
  • Remaining current on industry trends including: new game genres, new game design methods and emerging platforms.
  • Constantly play the game and test new features while in development to ensure they meet the quality standards set forth by the game team to date.
  • Analyzing games performance post-launch and providing insights about customers' behavior.
  • Defining and designing products, based on business needs and requirements.
  • Reviewing the game with quality and consistency in mind and providing constructive feedback.
  • Identifying market gaps by researching market and competition analysis on current product performance.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training and work experience.

Required Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Producer in the games industry.
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Experience of working with frontend and backend developers, 2D and 3D artists, technical artists, product managers, game designers, QA, and customer service team.
  • Experience with JIRA or other tracking software
  • Experience with Confluence or other documentation software
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office suite
