Our client is a well-established, family-owned business and a leader in their industry. They are looking to vertical integrate their supply chain and are looking to secure a Chemical Engineer that can lead the efforts in terms of mass production of an existing formula, utilizing current process / facilities as well as adding new systems / equipment and then being heavily involved in the production of the chemicals.

This is a direct hire role, located in the Covington, GA area and is looking pay in the 90-120k range, depending on the person.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Engineering with relevant professional experience in Chemical Operations; BS in Chemical Engineering preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in chemical operations and production,
• Firm understanding of Project Engineering and Project Management - Implementing new chemical processing systems, equipment sizing / selection etc...
• Strong process optimization experience -Chemical production operations and chemical plant operations
