What Part Will You Play?
Prepares and provides information to team members about the Company's equity programs: vesting schedules, exercise process, and eligibility.
Administers the Company's Global equity programs, including ESPP, through Fidelity Stock Administration.
Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including, but not limited to, Proxy, 10-K, and other SEC filings
Collaborates with legal, finance, and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, grant process, and management reports
Responds to all team member inquiries pertinent to the Company's equity programs.
Implement and improve processes for day-to-day operations for stock administration including checks and balances between systems.
Perform audits and reconciliations of large data sets
Collaborate with SOX, Finance/Tax, Payroll, Legal and Human Resources on entire stock reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and foreign regulations along with securities laws
What Are We Looking For In This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, human resources or related business field
4 years of experience in administration of equity plans in a large global, public company
Analytical, problem-solving abilities and ability to interpret and communicate data
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
Excellent teamwork skills
Able to work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation Level I
Proficient with Google Suite
