As a Defined Benefit Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate Defined Benefit participant records.

We are looking for someone who thrives on using their analytical skills to solve complex problems, enjoys working with a wide variety of internal partners and can the develop analytical tools and processes to meet the needs of an evolving retirement plan service landscape.

Additional responsibilities may include:

    Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing guidance on data and plan provisions to implement the client onto our recordkeeping platform ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
  • Provide technical support and resolution, including research, analysis and data consulting, to business partners to ensure data in our recordkeeping system is accurate.
  • Utilize defined benefit expertise to clearly communicate complex data needs and calculations in simplified terms for internal and external parties.
  • Lead and assist in the completion of assigned projects, including but not limited to research, and analysis.
  • Serve as an expert for selected topics for internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure the benefit update process meets established target dates.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve administrative data concerns.
Qualifications

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 8 years' experience. (such as, but not limited to, Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or major in an analytical field is preferred.)
  • 1+ years of work-related experience in defined benefit pension field.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel logical functions.
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, VBA, or other programming languages is highly preferred.
