Position Summary:

Supporting our Tax and Private Client Practices, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to enhance the practices' brand, and partner with the business development practice managers to help generate new business. As the primary owner of external practice communications, this role requires a strategic and collaborative mindset to develop marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to execute campaign tactics. Through these efforts, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating targeted communications using account-based marketing initiatives to drive new revenue opportunities.

As a Marketing Manager - Tax and Private Client, you will:

- Develop marketing programs that align with business goals by partnering with internal stakeholders, including business development, digital marketing, CRM, PR and brand teams
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, using data to continually monitor and optimize performance
- Establish KPIs to assess effectiveness across digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Eloqua, lead scoring and others
- Implement marketing automation to drive awareness and nurture leads to the business development team
- Develop dashboards to evaluate campaign success and present to senior leaders
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify key issues and opportunities in collaboration with the business development team, helping deliver insights to clients/prospects and creating cross-sell opportunities
- Build knowledge of the practice groups and industries to become a subject matter expert
- Create and maintain a content calendar, developing multimedia content for each level of the marketing funnel
- Supervise an internal team of direct reports
- Help manage the marketing budget

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- At least seven (7) years of related work experience
- Relevant B2B marketing and communications experience in tax, wealth management or related industries
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems and social media tools
- Familiarity with account-based marketing best practices
- Demonstrated ability to successfully present to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
- Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-profile relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team

Expected Pay Range in New York: $119,500 - $151,900

Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
