Overview

ExamWorks is looking for a Physician Recruiter to join our dynamic, growing Regional Recruitment team.

We're looking for a results-driven team member who is excited to engage with healthcare providers. You will be at the forefront of providing an essential component of business operations - a robust network of healthcare professionals that can accommodate the needs of our clients and their patients.

Reporting to the Regional Physician Recruitment Manager, the Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and contracting with healthcare professionals to join ExamWorks' reviewer network. This person will work on multiple recruiting requests across several different businesses with unique needs and requirements. The Physician Recruiter will be expected to represent the company with professionalism and speak confidently about the scope of work, requirements, and benefits of joining the reviewer network.

This is a full time, remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule during regular business hours.

Responsibilities

    Source and contact healthcare professionals regarding joining the reviewer network.
  • Communicate effectively to engage potential candidates and convey scope of work and requirements.
  • Negotiate fees and ensure contracting documents are completed accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure all newly recruited health care professionals meet criteria and undergo necessary checks and credentialing.
  • Promote positive physician relations by delivering a smooth recruiting experience to candidates.
  • Prioritize work effectively and operate with efficiency in order to fill recruitment requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take action to advance recruiting-related processes.
  • Perform other duties in support of recruitment, credentialing, and reviewer network enhancement.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a medical background preferred. Previous sales or recruiting experience is a major plus.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to speak confidently, actively listen, and convey necessary information appropriately.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize multiple concurrent work assignments, and use time efficiently.
  • Completes work accurately and thoroughly. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable sorting through information in multiple databases. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
