ExamWorks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a Monday - Friday schedule. This person will ideally have healthcare recruiting experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will act as a trusted advisors and candidate advocate combining leading-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver the best talent to meet the critical staffing needs of our clients. The Talent Acquisition Specialist handles all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for interviews and for hire. Successful associates demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, best practices for attracting top talent, the ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.

Responsibilities
    Must be able to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in the Insurance industry including competitive market research, cold calling, Internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions
  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome
  • Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times; additionally, must be able to confidently communicate pipeline to others
  • Regular communication with hiring managers regarding forecast and open and active requisitions
  • Follow-up communication with hiring managers on a regular basis to ensure expectations and needs are being met
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources and/or a relevant field preferred
  • A minimum of three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in Clinical recruiting is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking and/or responding to questions as needed.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and respond to directions accurately
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize multiple work activities and responsibilities and use time efficiently
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information
  • Must be able to work well under pressure or stressful conditions and meet required deadlines
  • Must possess the ability to manage and direct change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately
  • Demonstrates reliability and abides by the company attendance policy
  • Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
  • Must be proficient with computers including intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong social media presence
