Mike has been with Rockwell Automation since 2000. In his current role as Associate General Counsel and Director of Global Compliance, Mike administers the Company’s compliance program, including risk detection and mitigation, training and communication and compliance related policies, procedures and processes. The trade compliance team also reports into Mike. Prior to Mike’s current role, he was an Associate General Counsel responsible for legal matters in the Architecture and Software business segment of Rockwell Automation where Mike had the opportunity to be the lead lawyer on several of Rockwell’s acquisitions. Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, Mike was a business attorney with a large Milwaukee based law firm for several years after law school.
