More specifically, the idea of corporate social responsibility has become a prominent area to manage in relation to a company's reputation. Daniel Korschun, Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University, joins Tim Muma to analyze a number of components of the social responsibility arena and how it plays a role in a company's success (or failure).
