Performs analytical support activities to develop, administer and communicate compensation policies and programs. Provide consultation on compensation matters to business unit managers and HR Recruiting Partners. Evaluate job descriptions to ensure proper job alignment and FLSA compliance. Input to surveys and analyze market data and other compensation related resources to identify relevant trends and key metrics. Identify additional survey/market intelligence sources as needed. Audits compensation data to ensure compliance with organization's pay policies and practices. Lead compensation projects (i.e. re-organization/ leveling, annual merit, performance evaluation training).
Required: 1. B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance. 2. 4+ years compensation experience. 3. Knowledge of FLSA and DOL regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation. 4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written), and an ability to collect, organize, and interpret data from diverse sources. 5. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Charts), Powerpoint, and Word. 6. Demonstrated ability to independently initiate, analyze, report, and implement approved programs. Preferred: 1. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or significant progress towards its completion. 2. Healthcare experience. 3. Experience in training (classroom and individual)
