    As the Part-time Data Analyst, you’ll provide data based on Operator surveys and App KPI’s by combining that information into layman’s terms in a format that is easily understood for leadership.  You’ll be responsible for providing information that is actionable for all parties involved in the CSN program.

    What you bring:

    • A College degree (Communications, Analytics, Engineering) with relevant experience and technical acumen in Adobe, PowerPoint, Survey collection programs.
    • A desired knowledge in service work for kitchen equipment, construction, and/or facilities management.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and an ability to effectively use proprietary software to capture service.
    • An ability to work independently.
    • An intuitive mindset.
    • An ability to maintain a friendly, helpful attitude, and demonstrate empathy to CFA Operators and Vendors.
    • An ability to travel up to 5% within the market area.

    What success looks like:

    • You successfully ensure completion of CSN vendor report card twice yearly based on KPI’s and Operator feedback.
    • You accurately export data weekly from App and develop weekly CSN reports.
    • You effectively engage with CFA’s equipment partners. 
    • You provide reports based on completion rate for both PM & Reactive service requests.
    • Effectively monitor restaurant level reporting data to ensure CSN partner is meeting the terms of contract relative to pricing and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
    • Ensure equipment warranty process and extended warranties are being administered accordingly.
    • Provide reports to show App accuracy for both in-warranty vs out-of-warranty service.
    • Create and communicate specific equipment reports to help leadership with equipment forecasting, rollouts, and proactive replacements.
    • Provide equipment trend reports using the App database specifically for equipment repairs, replacements and failure trend analysis to share with organization.
