Job Description
Analyst will work alongside Sales Teams to Diagnose customer challenges, determine the appropriate solution, measure the Business Impact and deliver the customer facing Business case.

Our team is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Sales Workflow Analyst to join our team. Qualified candidates can reside in, nearby or between the markets they will cover, Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga, Birmingham & Huntsville.. The Sales Workflow Analysts is a customer facing position that articulates the Quadient offering and identifies potential areas of impact we can make within an organization. This role works alongside assigned sales teams actively participating to discover & diagnose Gaps that Quadient solutions can potentially impact. Additionally, the Analyst will create and document a business case that contains qualified & measured business impact, customer specific workflows, while providing compelling reasons for a customer to move forward with the sales opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record selling complex solutions to SMB and enterprise customers.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior sales teams by adding value.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
  • Solid technical background in SaaS and Enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
