Who you are

You’re a marketing and administrative professional who’s looking to join a growing and dynamic industry! Your experience includes delivering exceptional internal sales support to internal and external clients. You are incredibly well-versed in spearheading key administrative initiatives including business development marketing, market research, property marketing and team/schedule coordination. In addition, we are looking for someone who has familiarity with transaction processes along with basic contracts and agreements, coupled with a passion for commercial real estate to join our amazing team supporting the Industrial Tenant Rep sector .

You bring high levels of initiative with everything you do. You are highly organized, work well under pressure and have a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in your work.  You bring a customer service-oriented attitude who thrives in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.


What you bring

  • At least 3 years of high-level administrative experience in a professional environment.

  • Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational, time management, proof reading and business writing skills.

  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with strong personalities and team culture.


Bonus skills and experience

  • Strong desktop publishing skills; exposure to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Commercial real estate experience.


What success looks like

  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion. 

  • You bring experience in creating/formatting proposals, presentations and correspondence, using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You are confident in your ability to create/prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, lease documents, etc. 

  • You will administer, coordinate, update and edit tour and event schedules, marketing collateral, and calendars to support internal/external clients.

  • You illustrate the ability to be teachable and collaborative, successfully working with your team and management to achieve key results.
