The Financial Planning Analyst will focus on generating accurate and timely analytics for the business. In particular, these efforts will focus on the financial models necessary to support decision making related to pricing, cost, inventory levels, capital expenditures, and budgeting.

• Analyze costs and inventory levels to support pricing efforts for new customers.
• Enhance and streamline current financial reports and data sources.
• Prepare and present materials supporting periodic business reviews and quarterly meetings.
• Build and/or utilize existing analytics and supporting written justifications for capital acquisition cases across the entire Tosca business: commercial, operations, and logistics.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to senior management including the CFO.
• Support management strategic thinking and decisions via industry/market research and economic thinking.
• Partner with sales and operations to compile monthly forecasts.
• Challenge processes and strive for continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with IT team to establish processes and automate systems to extract and synthesize business performance data from multiple software sources.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, as requested.
• Participate in and contribute to key initiatives and projects and additional duties, as assigned.

• 1+ year of corporate analysis experience in a medium to large scale business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; with advanced EXCEL and ACCESS software working knowledge.
• Accuracy and high level attention to detail is essential.
• Familiarity with P&L and standard financial statements preferred.
• Collaborative and analytical profile with demonstrated critical and economic thinking skills.
• Must have a strong work ethic, professional image, and high maturity level.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, change focused environment. Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Demonstrated high integrity and ethical standards, in addition to complete confidentiality required.
• Deadline oriented. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong desire to improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field required.

This is a hybrid role that allows you to work from home two to three days a week.
