Your Title: Salesforce CPQ Administrator

Job Location: Remote - North America - USA or Canada

What You Will Do

The Salesforce CPQ Administrator role is part of TT Business Systems. This role will lead the ongoing development and support of our Salesforce.com deployment, with a primary focus on CPQ. This role will be responsible for technical execution of projects and day-to-day operations: configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform, troubleshooting Salesforce issues, handling administration, configure & develop requirements, maintain application security controls and create customized solutions. It also oversees Service Cloud design, deployment and maintenance. Further it will include CPQ responsibilities for most of our European & North American divisions. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Responsible for all changes to configuration, develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new subsidiaries and new functionality based on evolving business needs

  • Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support

  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems

  • Lead planning for application development, changes. Also documents and enforces standards and procedures.

  • Guide users in formulating requirements, provide feedback on alternatives, promote adoption of solutions and monitor changes for compliance.

  • Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Lead multiple technical projects at one time and deliver solutions that are highly usable, scalable and extensible. All solutions should fall in line with the larger Trimble Digital Transformation strategy.

  • Identifies opportunities to simplify business processes and increase their effectiveness.

  • Leads the service cloud engagement for the TT sector with a focus on the next phases of the project.

  • Will be responsible for the CPQ design and implementation for our European business unit with support for our North American units.


What Skills And Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce.com Admin

  • 5+ years of Data Analytics, Reporting or Sales Analytics Experience

  • 3+ years of CPQ configuration expertise.

  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com and have successfully expanded on those capabilities

  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced function

  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skill

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
