The SAP Junior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting and challenging, client-facing, project-based work with a particular focus on delivering world-class solutions based on SAP's latest software. The Junior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have a strong desire to grow as a leader within our organization. They will be required to support actionable objectives for the organization, helping to sustain a culture of accountability and take a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, the Junior Consultant will be required to ensure our services' quality for our existing client base, support the cultivation of relationships with new customers, support the development of new business opportunities and support the continuous adjustment of our current and future offerings according to market demands.

• Flexibility with supporting different project areas such as Management andITconsulting as well as the implementation of individual solutions in the SAPenvironment and the resulting adaptation of the SAP processes
• Help design and implement innovative solutions for our clients leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP
• Become a trusted advisor to our customers to actively shape the future of automotive and manufacturing
• Actively and continuously learn the most relevant and innovative skills and capabilities

• US Citizen or authorization to work in the US
• 1-2+ years of experience in the consulting industry
• 1-2+ years of experience implementing SAP
• Experience in the business area of Supply Chain and SAP
• Ability to craft and solve innovative, strategic solutions to complex problems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
