As a Sales Manager with HydroAir/a subsidiary of Applied Fluid Power, you will be responsible for managing a team of reps.. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. The manager designs, implements and manages the sales forecasting while establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning-forecasting and budgeting methodologies. Must be strategic, organized and technologically savvy.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong, results driven leadership
  • Proven track record of leading a team, vendor engagement-cross functional
  • Solid background in P & L
  • Technical aptitude/knowledge of fluid power-primary focus in hydraulics.
  • Business acumen and strategic approach
  • Computer proficiency, including MS office

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Fluid Power schematics and industry experience
  • Working knowledge of Design CAD or SolidWorks.
  • Technical design knowledge of Electrical Controls and Fluid Power a plus!
