Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with our client in Rochester, NH
Job Summary:
Provides service to customers who require assistance with issues involving their New Hampshire E-ZPass Account. Responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable and courteous support to all customers in the Portsmouth walk in center. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.
Hours are Mon-Fri 09:45 AM - 6:15 PM. on site at the Walk In Center
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist E-ZPass customers.
- Processes all faxes and emails inquires.
- Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Follows all established policies, procedures and written/verbal instructions.
- Ensures all assigned issues are updated and resolved as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
- Answers all inquiries related to E-ZPass.
Initiates outbound call as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 year experience in Customer Service
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Ability to work with in a fast paced environment.
proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
