Essential Job Functions:

• Maintains the schedule relative to all inbound trailers and dock doors.
• Direct and Manage line replenishments, transfers, and any needed shipping activities
• Support incoming material inspection routines as required.
• Verify that all inbound receipts have been properly located in a timely manner.
• Monitors approved vendor list, ASN's, and assures every item received has a COA.
• Ensure the department is properly trained and motivated to meet IFS objectives and meet/ exceed customer requirements.
• Ensure IFS procedures, cGMP's, and safety policies are followed by departmental personnel.
• Approve/ issue annual performance evaluations.
• Track and report on departmental metrics.
• Support IFS continuous improvement efforts.
• Work in conjunction with all members of the management team to foster a team environment and help with ensuring the overall success of Impact Fulfillment Services.
• Responsible that a safety awareness culture resides in all warehouse functional routines.
• Additional duties as may be assigned
