How you will make an impact:

  • Assist supervisor in all facets of leadership, safety, quality control, and administrative tasks.
  • Lead employees by providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice.
  • Use, show, and train employees on techniques for use of tools and equipment.
  • Share improvement ideas for the quality and production processes.
  • Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between workers.
  • Assist supervisor with scheduling and placement of staff.
  • Motivate to meet goals and production without compromise to quality and service.
  • Follow standard operating/work methods and practice safe work habits and safety checks.
  • Facilitate and organize effective training that is client specific.
  • Generate reports and accurately enter data and efficiently use technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.
