PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the attainment of sales objectives for all PFS/BFS/LFS/BgFS products and services for the U.S. through the administration and implementation of programs, competitive analysis and other analysis, and direct dealer support.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES

  • Program Reporting- Provide support for Sales reporting for the following programs (e.g. fusion program, Primary Business Driver, Dealer Loyalty Program, Dealer Training, EOT Lease Loyalty Program, Welcome to Porsche, and Annual Business Plan. Provide additional support in program development. Additionally, support the on-going maintenance of sales data for the business warehouse.
  • Regional Program Coordination- Assist the Sales Operations Analysts in program tracking & post-program analysis.
  • Competitive Analysis-Prepare standardized and ad hoc analysis of competition (e.g. Market share analysis & buy rate analysis). Maintain competitive benchmark survey and reporting. Assist in organizing and conduct field surveys as required.
  • Direct Field Support-Support Sales Management and Regional Sales Managers with analysis and presentation development.
  • Dealer Satisfaction Management- Assist department in dealer issue resolution, (e.g. Dealer Reserve Chargebacks)
  • Ancillary Program Reporting- develop and update Region/Area/National reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Project Support- Provide support as required on PFS Sales projects.
  • Sales Management Support - Provide administration of various activities/reports that support the management of the PFS Sales function (e.g. dealer contact management system [KADO/KPI] administration, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently attending College or University with goal of Undergraduate or Post- Graduate Business degree required.
  • Ability to effectively work with Porsche internal and external personnel and outside vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer proficient with MS Office applications required.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
  • Proven initiative and creativity.

PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Inside the Company:

  • Reports to the Senior Business Analyst, US Sales Department .
  • Direct Interface with PFS Sales Operations Analysts, Director, US and Contractors.
  • Telecommunications Interface PFS Regional Sales Managers.
  • Interface with all PFS departments.
  • Interface with other Porsche associates as required.

Outside the Company:

  • Interface with vendors and service providers.
  • Interface with PCNA
  • Interface with BMI
  • Interface with ALA

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY/IMPACT

  • Responsible for and operate within specific budget parameters as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. No travel required.
  • This is a "Hybrid" position work at OPD and from home per PFS approved processes.
