*JOBSITE LOCATION AT WOODSTOCK, HIRAM AND DULUTH, GA*

Qualified Candidates are those capable of:
>walking varying distances, traversing uneven terrain, climbing stairs, ladders, or scaffold, bending, kneeling, lifting, standing, hammering, measuring, cutting, and suspending while wearing belt/harness equipped with multiple hand tools
 
>working at heights of 50 feet above grade on elevated platforms or booms
 
>lifting, hoisting, and loading building materials, sheet goods, plywood, and lumber during installation, forming, and removal
 
>operating power tools for cutting, sawing, drilling, fastening, securing, grinding, shaping of building materials for installation or removal
 
>operating leveling system, lasers, transom, site level, hand level to determine plumb, level, and square
 
>lifting materials and tools ranging from 1 - 75 lbs.
 
Qualified Candidates are those with knowledge of:
>plan reading, for dimensions, elevations, layout and material types, finishes and quantity square feet or cubic yards
 
>steel and wood framing, doors and hardware, sheathing and drywall, concrete forming, form assembly and concrete placement

>other duties as assigned
 
Safety, quality work, and cost effective completion of tasks common to the carpenter trade for complex projects is emphasized.
Experience in highway and wastewater construction a plus.
 
Work is to be performed inside & outside in all weather conditions.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work all shifts and overtime.
Satisfactory attendance is required.
