JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Development Project Manager manages the overall design build process from project conception through closeout to ensure client satisfaction. Safely constructs the project on time, in budget, at expected quality level, and obtains AHJ acceptance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Space Planning, Interior Design or any combination of education and experience..

Preferred: Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Space Planning, Interior Design.

With Bachelor's Degree: Four (4) or more years of practical experience is required, in order to acquire knowledge of: construction/installation methodologies, planning, scheduling processes, financial reporting, monitoring systems, interpersonal and evaluation skills; and to refine project management techniques and technical expertise.

With Associate's Degree or two year college level coursework: Six (6) or more years of practical experience is required, in order to acquire knowledge of: construction/installation methodologies, planning, scheduling processes, financial reporting, monitoring systems, interpersonal and evaluation skills; and to refine project management techniques and technical expertise.

Registration as a P.E. or A.I.A is preferred.
