Job Content Specifications

Key responsibilities and challenges

1

Record daily preventive maintenance performance data and produce a monthly report on the compliance to the projected goals. Maintains a record and filing system of the site PM completions. Support the shifts with meeting deadlines and goals. Develop a monthly PM schedule. Copying, typing and drafting of memos.

Retrieve and Evaluate information in the SIMS for all vehicle and wayside equipment performance. Compile the monthly operation & maintenance report to be provided to the customer. Analyze data compiled to identify favorable and unfavorable trends.

Track supervisor's and engineer's attendance and develop a manager schedule for the upper level staff. Track and managing the site overtime budget usage. Develop a spreadsheet to report the reimbursable overtime vs the non-reimbursable.

Compile and enter O&M status in the KPI database and update the KPI board on site. Review and submit labor distribution on a weekly basic. Organize and conduct the monthly operations report (MOR) meeting. Conduct Annual SOP reviews.

Upload and maintain the SOP and HIRA database on the SIMS share drive. Ensure that all employee emails are up-to-date for update notifications. Also maintain the employee seniority list and the employee emergency contact list.

Conduct baseline audits on preventive maintenance tasks. Assist with local authority on employee badge and airport security compliance. Direct other personnel to assist in document control. Assist in receiving incoming materials and supplies and issuing materials from the storeroom as need. Answer multi-line telephones. On call field site coordinator.

Qualifications & Functional Knowledge


5 - 10 years experience of demonstrated leadership in a technical business environment. BS/BA degree required in business or related technical field. At least 3 years experience in direct supervision. Sales experience a plus. Must be an active and resolute leader.

Knowledge of the Business


Customer service and sales focus; working knowledge of budgeting and finance.

Leadership - Management or Technical


Demonstrated success in leadership of people and management of physical assets belonging to the company and/or customer.
