Welcome to the Department of Cultural and Behavioral Sciences at Georgia State University Perimeter College. Cultural and Behavioral Sciences is a diverse department that offers pathways of study focused on the academic and applied investigations of how humans interact-behaviorally, geographically, instructionally, socially and culturally. The department offers dynamic learning environments that cultivate communication skills, critical and creative thinking and scientific inquiry. Perimeter College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in psychology. This is a teaching-focused position: 80% of the workload is instruction, with service and professional development accounting for 10% each. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to early undergraduate teaching and learning, and the ability to thrive in a highly diverse academic setting. Perimeter College is a multi-campus institution, and the teaching assignment may be on any of the college's campuses.
