Performance Test Lead

Qualifications

• 9+ yrs. of experience with performance testing & engineering skillset using Loadrunner.
• Experience in APM tools such as New relic, Wily,etc and other monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App dynamics
• Good exposure to client side analysis on the FE/Browser metrics. Any use of synthetic monitoring tools.
• Able to assess Non Functional Requirements and create performance test strategy and design workload.
• Mobile APP testing tools such as perfecto, Browser stack, Experitest, TC.
• Able to work closely with software development team, gathering requirements and feedback.
• Able to write or leverage scripts that have been written in PT tool (Loadrunner, Jmeter,etc.)
• Conduct daily/weekly meetings and provide/present status report
• Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible and learn new technologies.
• Problem solving mindset to remove roadblocks and technical challenges.
• Excellent working experience on API testing (Rest Api)
• Excellent communication skills and Ability to articulate the work in status report and strong team leading experience.
• Good to have:Java, selenium automation, CICD

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,790 to $101,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
